Ashlee 'can't sleep without cuddly toys'

Ashlee Simpson cannot get to sleep without her cuddly toys, it has been claimed.

The singer received hundreds of stuffed animals during her pregnancy and is reportedly reluctant to go to bed without them.

A source said that the obsession is not a problem for husband Pete Wentz, with whom she is expecting a baby in November.

"She has so many teddy bears and loves them so much she has filled her bed with them. It is a little crowded, but Pete gives in to whatever Ashlee wants. It is really sweet," said the insider.

Ashlee's sister Jessica recently commented that she plans to spoil the new family member when it arrives.
