Kate Price buys £4 million LA home

Katie Price and Peter Andre have bought a £4 million home in Los Angeles.

Price told The Mirror that her family will uproot to the US for four months at the start of next year to film the next series of their reality show.

She said: "Everything's going great at the moment. We've just got back from LA as Pete's recording his album out there and we're filming for the new show.

"We're going out for four months in January and the new house is all set. We're in the middle of buying so hopefully it will all go through. It's in LA but not near the Beckhams or anyone like that."

Price added that she is hoping to work with reality mogul Simon Cowell when she arrives in the US.

"I'm sure we'll go to dinner and see what happens," she commented. "I'm a huge American Idol fan. Last time I was in LA he invited us to the show but unfortunately we couldn't make it. I'd definitely be interested in doing something with him."
