A judge has revealed that Sharon Stone suggested her eight-year-old son had Botox on his feet to stop them smelling.

The information appeared in the Superior Court papers in the actress's custody case.

Stone's requests to have her son Roan move from his father's abode in San Francisco to her home in Los Angeles were turned down.

Her "over-reaction" to her son's feet was cited as an example of why Roan should stay with Phil Bronstein.

"As Father appropriately noted, the simple and common sense approach of making sure Roan wore socks with his shoes and used foot deodorant corrected [the problem]," said the judge.

They also criticised Stone's delegation of "parenting responsibilities" and refusal to participate in counselling.

"Such conduct on the part of any parent... is unacceptable and does not serve the child's best interest," said the statement.
