Other comedians taking home gongs included Leigh Francis, Paul Kaye and Gavin & Stacey's Ruth Jones.
Enfield, who took home the Loaded Legend gong, said: "I'm chuffed to bits to be a Loaded Legend!
"I've read every edition of Loaded from cover to cover since it was first published in 1908 - to actually be in it is amazing. And to get an award and free booze and possibly meet the Mighty Boosh who are always at every free booze event is like a dream come true."
Leigh Francis, who plays the comic character Keith Lemon, scooped the Funniest Man title, while Paul Kaye was named Funniest TV Personality.
Conservative MP Boris Johnson won the Joker Award and Jimmy Carr bagged the Best Stand-up accolade.
The Funniest Radio Show, Funniest TV Show and Funniest Film gongs went to Radio 1's Scott Mills, My Name Is Earl and In Bruges respectively.
