Madonna 'enjoys dinner with Rodriguez'

Madonna shared a private dinner with baseball star Alex Rodriguez in New York earlier this week, say reports.

According to Us, the pair ate at an "alcove-like table" at the back of Mexican restaurant Dos Caminos on Third Avenue.

"They seemed very close," commented a witness.

In July, Madonna was accused of stealing Rodriguez from his wife of five years Cynthia. The singer repeatedly denied any involvement with Rodriguez, but the sportsman has never commented on their relationship.

Cynthia's divorce papers cited her partner's alleged infidelity as a reason for their break-up, while her lawyer claimed Rodriguez had an "affair of the heart" with the popstar.
