Holmes has just begun a run in Arthur Miller play All My Sons alongside John Lithgow.
The former Posh Spice commented that she and husband David are keen to see their friend perform, saying: "We can't wait to come support Katie... Her husband Tom Cruise says she's amazing, the reviews have been amazing. We're so proud of her."
Holmes's stage debut last month was marred by anti-Scientology protests outside the theatre.
