Katona's pals hope for self-esteem boost

The reality star was followed by MTV cameras as she underwent breast reduction and liposuction procedures earlier this year.
Though Katona had hoped to show off a "sexy" image following the operations, she has reportedly become a recluse because she fears her new boobs are too small.
A source told the Daily Star: "Kerry really thought this would turn her life around. We are hoping that, once she sees herself on TV, she'll realise how good she looks now."
Kerry Katona: Whole Again will be broadcast later this month on MTV One.
