Ashlee Simpson has "white-trash" party

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz's 24th birthday party had a "white-trash" theme, say reports.

According to People, the celebrations took place at her parent's home in Encino and were attended by her husband Pete, father Joe and sister Jessica.

"Ashlee wore Daisy Dukes and platform flip-flops with a bathing suit and a fake tattoo around her belly," said a witness.

"Joe wore a cut-off muscle T-shirt and a mullet wig. It was funny. Jessica was wearing a crazy leopard-print dress that showed off a lot of cleavage."

Christina Aguilera, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden attended the event, where party food included corn dogs, macaroni cheese, chicken fingers and French fries.
