Joe Jonas 'dumps Swift over the phone'

Joe Jonas has broken up with country singer Taylor Swift, reports Us Weekly.

The Jonas Brothers singer is said to have told the 18-year-old that their relationship was over during a telephone call.

A source said Swift had been left heartbroken.

Earlier this summer, the 19-year-old boyband member admitted he had the hots for Girls Aloud star Cheryl Cole.

He had previously spoken of his crushes on Natalie Portman and Harry Potter actress Emma Watson.
