Al Murray's eight-year marriage ends

Comic Al Murray and wife Amber have brought their eight-year marriage to an end, The Sun reports.

The star of ITV show Al Murray's Happy Hour is said to have been left "shell-shocked" and "devastated" by the split.

Murray, 40, has moved out of the family home in West London following the "mutual" decision.

Amber, 31, said: "It’s just one of those really sad things. There’s no-one else involved and it’s very amicable."

A source revealed that Murray is struggling to come to terms with the break-up, saying: "He thought he and Amber would last forever, but it’s all fallen apart and he’s moved out."
