'Borat' rejects calls to sing at Wembley
Borat actor Sacha Baron Cohen has turned down requests to watch Kazakhstan take on England at Wembley, reports say.

According to The Sun, more than 10,000 people signed a Facebook petition calling for the character Borat to sing the country's anthem at the football match.

The event would have been reminiscent of a scene in 2006 movie Borat: Cultural Learnings For Make Benefit Glorious Nation Kazakhstan, where the controversial reporter sang the national song at a US ball game.

Baron Cohen is said to be staying at his LA home, having claimed last year that he would never play the character again.

The Kazakhstan Foreign Ministry had threatened legal action against the comic for his portrayal of their country.
