Pussycats offer Winehouse a makeover

The Pussycat Dolls have offered to give Amy Winehouse a physical and mental makeover.

Their offer comes after friends of the star reportedly set up a vigil after becoming so concerned about her mental health.

On the band's MySpace page, a post says: "Amy should join us - we'd whip her into shape and make her feel so good about herself she wouldn't need drugs."

Nicole Scherzinger also recently offered the US Republican Party's vice-presidential nominee Sarah Palin a place in their lineup, describing the politician as "hot" and "headstrong".
