The TV chef has been given until tomorrow to produce his accounts or face prosecution, according to the Daily Mail.
Ramsay is alleged to be 16 months overdue and had at least six letters from Companies House requesting he publish figures for GRH, the company that owns his restaurants.
"We have sent at least six letters since March but it's obviously getting quite serious," a Companies House spokesman said. "If the company does not respond [by Friday] it could get in quite a lot of trouble. Prosecution action will start then or a few days after."
GRH's last published accounts reported a loss of £2.4 million. Ramsay had split a £3.1 million dividend between company shareholders, with £2.1 million going to himself.
