Richie: 'I'm a very private person'

Nicole Richie has confessed that she values her privacy too much to take part in another reality show.

The 27-year-old, who starred in fly-on-the-wall documentary series The Simple Life with Paris Hilton, said that becoming a mother has changed her perspective on life.

She revealed to TV Guide: "I am a very private person who does not love to open up my home or any information about my family, especially now that I have a daughter.

"I would never let them bring cameras into my home. That was the great thing about The Simple Life - it took a month to film, you went away, and it had nothing to do with your personal life."
