Cyrus 'has not had underage sex'

Miley Cyrus has not had underage sex with boyfriend Justin Gaston, a representative for the star has claimed.

The 15-year-old Hannah Montana star is under strict rules from mum Leticia not to sleep with model Gaston, who is 20.

The comments come after a report suggested that the pair were "all over each other" at Los Angeles Fashion Week on Wednesday.

According to PageSix, Cyrus was also overheard telling a friend that she was spending the night at Gaston's house.

"Miley had a great time at the show, but the whole sleeping-over thing never happened," said the spokesperson. "Miley went home with her mum and manager. Leticia is very strict with her."

Earlier this month, Cyrus' father Billy Ray said that he approved of his daughter's relationship.
