Nancy Shevell's move to his Peasmarsh estate comes just five months after Sir Paul settled his divorce with the four-year-old's mother, Heather Mills.
The Beatles star's fashion designer daughter Stella also gave her blessing, but apparently warned her dad not to rush into marriage with the American heiress.
A family friend told The Sun: "Paul and Nancy are as solid a couple as you can get after just a short time together.
"She always seemed to be at Peasmarsh anyway so it made sense to him just to ask her to move in. She’ll still travel between here and America but is setting up home with Paul.
"He asked Beatrice if she liked Nancy and got a resounding 'Yes', which meant the world to him."
Sir Paul, 66, was first linked to to Shevell last November, later revealing that he has found happiness with the US socialite.
