Ferrell to make Broadway debut as Bush

Will Ferrell is to make his Broadway debut in a one-man play about George W. Bush, reports the BBC.

The actor will star in You're Welcome America - A Final Night With George W. Bush, which is scheduled to debut at the Cort Theatre on February 1 next year.

Adam McKay, who has worked with Ferrell on Anchorman, Talladega Nights and Step Brothers, will produce the show. The pair also co-founded the viral website FunnyOrDie.com.

Ferrell regularly impersonated President Bush while he was a cast member on NBC's Saturday Night Live.
