Gillian Anderson gives birth to a boy

X-Files star Gillian Anderson has given birth to her second son.

Anderson, 40, and her boyfriend Mark Griffiths already have a 1-year-old named Oscar, while the actress has a 13-year-old daughter, Piper, from a previous marriage.

A spokesperson told People that Felix Griffiths was born on October 15, weighing in at 6lbs, 15oz.

Anderson confirmed that she would be increasing her brood to three in June.
