Efron: 'I shower twice a day'

Zac Efron has revealed that he likes to shower twice a day.

The High School Musical star had been accused of using wet-wipes rather than take a shower whenever he started to smell on set.

Efron has insisted that the reports are false, but admitted that his father had found them a rich source of amusement.

"I assure you I showered this morning - minutes before I got here. And I do it every day. Sometimes twice," he told Moviefone.

"So, that's kind of funny. But my dad was kind of like razzing me for it. I can't help but laugh!"
