The baby has been named Dwayne Carter III and was born on Wednesday in Ohio, reports WENN. The identity of the mother remains unknown.
Lil Wayne, who recently took home the Hip-Hop gong at the 2008 MOBO Awards, has a nine-year-old daughter with his ex-wife Antonia Carter.
