Halliwell vows to raise daughter in UK

The former Spice Girl will not be following in the footsteps of bandmates Melanie Brown and Victoria Beckham by raising two-year-old Bluebell Madonna in Los Angeles.
She said: "I want my daughter to have an English accent because it's really elegant [and] also my friends and family are nearby.
"I have got some friends in Los Angeles but they are more dependable here."
Halliwell, 36, was recently named the top-selling children's author of 2008.
