Shoppers formed queues outside Topshop's Oxford Street store in order to get the first glimpse of the model's Christmas Collection.
Moss's panther-claw dress sold out within 15 minutes of the doors opening, reports the Daily Mail.
The 34-year-old has a £3 million deal with the retailer to design the Kate Moss Topshop Collection. When her first range was unveiled last May, she briefly posed in the store's window as a tailor's mannequin.
Describing yesterday morning's scene, a Topshop spokesman said: "When we opened at 9am they all rushed down and were grabbing the items off the shelves. By 9.15am we had to restock."
