Andre 'planning America road trip'

Peter Andre has started plotting a road trip across the US in a "bachelor motor", say reports.

According to the Daily Star, the reality TV star is hiring the vehicle for a trip around California.

"Mr. Andre was very polite and very definite about the kind of car he wanted to hire," said a source. "He wanted a bachelor motor.

"He required a big old American convertible and said he'd be undertaking some roadtrips while he was in the States.

"San Diego and San Francisco were mentioned but he didn't seem keen on Vegas."

An insider commented: "Pete is devoted to his family - so much so that he rarely gets time alone to think or to feel like an individual.

"He's going to use this trip to do that. The idea of driving down vast highways in a convertible has always appealed and it seems a great way to clear your head."

Andre's marriage to Katie Price is rumoured to be at crisis point because of the glamour model's partying lifestyle.
