John Blagrove, 34, and Cara Burton, 22, appeared in Snaresbrook Crown Court today on charges relating to a video they covertly filmed which appeared to show the 'Rehab' singer smoking a crack pipe.
The footage was given to the newspaper before being passed to the Crown Prosecution Service. Officers raided the pair's east London home where they found a "hit list" detailing the type and amounts of drugs to be supplied to various celebrities, said Sean Larkin, prosecuting.
Blagrove admitted two counts of offering to supply Class A drugs cocaine and ecstasy (MDMA) and one of offering to supply Class B drugs, while Burton admitted two counts of offering to supply Class B drugs.
Winehouse was not charged over the images due to lack of evidence.
Adjourning the case until November 28 for pre-sentence reports, Judge Tudor Owen said the couple were "at risk of a custodial sentence".
