Price: 'I'll get pregnant next year'

Katie Price has brushed off reports that her marriage is in trouble by announcing plans to have more children.

The former glamour model said that speculation that she and husband Peter Andre are on the verge of splitting is "a load of nonsense".

"Hopefully I will get pregnant next year as we are going to start trying," she told OK!. "Ideally I want to have another three kids biologically and then adopt.

"If something happened and there was a child who needed a home before that, then I’d do it. All I know is that I haven’t finished yet when it comes to having kids. I want to focus on training for the marathon so I don’t want to get pregnant again just yet."

Rumours of marital problems gained momentum last week when it emerged that Andre was planning a "bachelor" road trip across the US.

Price said of Andre's trip: "He was working on his album and I was launching my new hair electricals range – so I flew out to be with him on Friday."
