Blake Fielder-Civil has been released from Edmunds Hill Prison in Suffolk, reports say.
Amy Winehouse's husband left the prison this morning and checked himself into a rehab facility as part of the terms of his release.
The singer was not present to greet him as she is undergoing treatment for a chest infection.
Fielder-Civil was jailed almost 12 months ago for assaulting pub landlord James King in Hoxton, East London.
It later emerged that he hired an underworld fixer to convince King to accept a £200,000 bribe not to testify in court.
