Gallagher 'confused by sex turkey quiz'

Noel Gallagher was left bemused in South America when a journalist appeared to ask him about his experiences with a "sex turkey".

The Oasis guitarist revealed on his blog that he had misunderstood a question about the band's former drummer.

Gallagher said: "[He asked:] 'Last time you were seen in Santiago with a sex turkey, what happened? What happened with him?'

"Jesus! Now, I'll freely admit - if pushed - that I've got up to some dubious gear in the past but this guy can't really think I've had full homosexual sex with a man-turkey? Can he?"

Gallagher continued: "[He then asked] 'Can you explain what it was like in Santiago with a sex turkey and how it compares with Chris Sharrock?'

"[I replied:] 'Ha! F**k, Zak Starkey! I thought you meant that I'd had... oh, never mind.'"
