Robbins may sue over voting row
Published Tuesday, Nov 11 2008, 18:56 GMT | By Sarah Rollo

Robbins had to get a court order at the recent Presidential elections because he was told that he was not entitled to cast his vote at his "normal" New York City polling spot.
Access Hollywood obtained a letter from the city's Board Of Elections to the star stating that he was simply at the wrong station.
However, Robbins claimed that he cast his ballots at the same place in 2004 and 2006, saying: "This is a PR stunt by the Board Of Elections to try and cover their butts over their ineptitude."
He added: "This is further outrage that the Board Of Elections has today sent my voter records with my address and personal information to hundreds of news sources when they could have cleared this up.
"It's an invasion of privacy and further insult. I will be seeking legal advice and may take legal action."
