Aniston: 'I won't acknowledge 40th'

Jennifer Aniston has revealed that she will not acknowledge her 40th birthday.

The former Friends star, who hits the milestone in February, said she is not looking forward to seeing her age in the press.

"I'm not saying I'm 40. I'm 30 plus ten. I don't feel 40. I don't know what it means," she told the US edition of Vogue.

"I just know that all of a sudden it's something that's in print next to my name: 'And now she's 40.'"

However, the actress admitted that there may be some consolations to the landmark birthday, saying: "It almost feels like a badge of honour in a weird way."
