'Skins' star to make West End debut

>Nicholas Hoult is to make his West End debut in New Boy next year.

The Skins actor will appear alongside Mel Giedroyc and Hollyoaks star Ciara Janson in the production, which opens at Trafalgar Studios in March.

New Boy, directed by Russell Labey, is based on a novel by William Sutcliffe. It tells the story of a new student at a private school who becomes popular with the female population, including one of his own teachers.

The play originally ran at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2000 before moving to the Pleasance in London. A production has also been staged in Australia.
