Jolie: 'I'm not quitting acting yet'

Angelina Jolie has denied recent press reports that she is planning to quit acting.

The actress recently suggested that she wants to spend more time with her six children and partner Brad Pitt.

"I don't plan to keep acting very long. I'm ready to do a few things now and fade away and get ready to be a grandma one day," she told the BBC last week.

However, speaking at a press conference on Monday to promote her new movie Changeling, Jolie insisted that she still wants to act.

"I’m not making some retirement announcement. I have a big family and a lot of responsibility at home, and I have the good fortune to financially not have to work all the time," she is quoted as saying.

"I just feel privileged that I get to be home a lot. Maybe eventually I'll stop."
