Church's mum snubs Christmas dinner

Charlotte Church's mother Maria has objected to her daughter cooking her two pet geese on Christmas Day.

Maria is thought to be upset that the two birds, named Christmas and Dinner, will be killed and served up by her daughter this December.

"Charl has had the birds since they were chicks and has fed them up for over a year," she told Reveal. "She even calls them Christmas and Dinner, but there's no way I could eat the birds after seeing them grow up."

Maria will reportedly stop by her daughter's house on Christmas Day to see her granddaughter Ruby Megan, but will head back home before the roast is served.
