Ramsay accused of secret affair

Gordon Ramsay has been having an affair behind his wife's back for the last seven years, the News Of The World has claimed.

The F-Word star is allegedly in a secret relationship with Sarah Symonds, who he met in a nightclub in 2001.

"Ramsay and Sarah exchanged mobile phone numbers and became lovers just a few weeks later. So much for him being true to his wife," said a source.

The newspaper also claimed that Ramsay enjoys using legal drug amyl nitrate (also known as poppers) with Symonds to heighten their sexual pleasure. The substance relaxes muscles and increases the heart rate.

"Sarah said Gordon had specifically asked her to go to Soho and get him some poppers for their romp. He likes the buzz," the insider said.

Ramsay has four children with wife Tana, who he married in 1996.
