Roberts forced to flee crumbling home

Nicola Roberts has moved into a London hotel after cracks apparently began to show in her new home.

The Girls Aloud singer called surveyors after an inch-wide rift appeared in one wall of her house, reports The Sun.

The newly-built £500,0000 Kent property is now coated in scaffolding as builders attempt to fix the problem.

The 23-year-old is reportedly staying in the Mayfair Hotel while the problem is fixed.

Girls Aloud recently revealed that their 20th single, to be released on January 12, will be titled 'The Loving Kind'.
