Pattinson had teeth fixed for 'Twilight'

Robert Pattinson has revealed that he had his teeth fixed before appearing in the US box office hit Twilight.

The 22-year-old actor, who portrayed Cedric Diggory in two Harry Potter films, disclosed that Hollywood producers were unimpressed with his smile and forced him to have a brace fitted.

He said: "They wanted me to have the perfect smile. I never thought anything was wrong with my teeth. But the producers still wanted me to wear a brace."

Twilight opens in UK cinemas on December 19.
