Trisha: 'I've been given the all-clear'

Trisha Goddard has said that she has won her battle with breast cancer.

The Five chatshow host, who was diagnosed with the disease in April, told GMTV: "We live from day to day, but for now the cancer is gone."

The 50-year-old explained that exercising regularly helped her through chemotherapy treatment.

"Some exercise lifts the mood and lessens the effects of chemo," she said. "A week after I had my last radiotherapy I went mountain running in the States."
