Ramsay: "I didn't do it mum!"

Gordon Ramsay has spoken publicly about allegations he had a seven-year fling with a professional mistress.

The chef denied claims that he had cheated on his wife Tana saying: "I didn't do it mum!"

During a recording for the BBC's Good Food Show Ramsay blasted the rumours as a "load of bull".

"My mum is here tonight so I’m on my best behaviour. Oh f**k it. I didn’t do it Mum, I love you."

The celebrity chef then admitted that the week had been stressful. "I have had a mattress arriving this week," he said. "Everyone thought it was because I had to sleep in the basement.

"Mattress, mistress, mattress, what a load of bull."

Friends of the star have been critical of the alleged affair, suggesting he would be "unbelievably stupid" to cheat on his wife.
