Alesha Dixon: 'I forgive Harvey'

Alesha Dixon has revealed that she has forgiven ex-husband MC Harvey for cheating on her.

The singer said she no longer resents the former So Solid Crew member, who was unfaithful with Javine Hylton.

"I have forgiven him and I've moved on," she told Now magazine.

"I don’t like being a victim – what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. That is my past and I am over it."

The Strictly Come Dancing winner claimed that the affair has not ruined her ability to trust men, saying: "You trust someone until they give you reason not to.

"It’s taken two years but I’m now in the best place in my life.

"My thirties is the beginning of a new chapter. I don’t know what’s going to happen, but it feels exciting."

Dixon released her album The Alesha Show last week.
