Fielder-Civil going back behind bars

Amy Winehouse's husband is reportedly going back to jail after failing a drugs test in rehab.

Early release terms agreed by Blake Fielder-Civil saw him being admitted to the Surrey facility last month to overcome his drug addictions.

However, the former video production assistant apparently dashed to his wife's side in hospital last night after being told he was going back behind bars.

A source told The Sun: "Blake did a runner. He turned up in hospital and hell broke loose - everyone was totally shocked.

"He was asking Amy to forgive him. As he was going back inside anyway he felt he didn't have much to lose."

Winehouse, who was rushed to hospital after a row with her husband saw her suffer a drink and drug-related seizure, met with divorce lawyers last week.

The singer has not visited her 26-year-old husband, who she married in May 2007, since he entered rehab and initially refused to pay the £30,000 treatment bill.

Fielder-Civil was jailed for 27 months in July for assaulting landlord James King outside a pub in Hoxton, East London. He also admitted to perverting the course of justice by trying to bribe King to withdraw his complaint.
