Ruffalo's brother shot in Beverly Hills

Hairstylist Scott Ruffalo is reportedly in a critical condition after being shot in the head earlier this week.
Police are conducting an investigation into the incident, according to Entertainment Tonight.
Mark, who has starred in films including Zodiac and Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind, is said to be with his family.
