Kings Of Leon star reveals anorexia battle

Kings Of Leon singer Caleb Followill has admitted to suffering from anorexia as a teenager.

The frontman revealed that he used to dress in warm tracksuits and go jogging in the sunshine to sweat off weight. He also claimed that he lived on a diet of coffee.

"I'd do anything to keep my hands and mouth busy without eating," he told Q.

Followill confessed that he is still concerned by his body image, despite his band's success. "I want to look like I can defend myself," he said.

"I want a guy to look at me in a bar and know he can’t talk s*** to me or run me over - even though he probably could."
