Fielder-Civil 'wants £1m payout from Amy'

Amy Winehouse's husband is hoping to secure a £1 million divorce payout, according to a report today.

Blake Fielder-Civil announced that he was ending their marriage last weekend. At that point, he insisted that he would not fight for a share of the singer's fortune.

However, a source told the News of the World: "That's all pretence - Blake has asked Amy's manager for £1 million to walk away from their marriage and not write a tell-all book about it. He's so two-faced. He just wants a pay-off. Money's his driving force."

Fielder-Civil claimed that he was leaving Winehouse for the sake of her welfare when he spoke to the newspaper last week. He also accepted that he was to blame for the star's personal problems.

Winehouse's partner has since been sent back to jail after failing a drugs test in rehab.
