Mirren: 'I love Andrew Marr's ears'

Helen Mirren has admitted that she would like to spend a night of passion with BBC political journalist Andrew Marr.

Speaking to Glamour, Mirren recalled meeting Marr for an interview in which he "practically forgot how to speak".

"Aren't those ears great? I just wanted to grab them," she said of Marr's distinct features. "He's like some fabulous, little, wonderful animal. And so incredibly smart. Maybe I'll have a night of passion with Andrew Marr."

Mirren added that her marriage to director Taylor Hackford is stronger than ever: "I ended up loving it more than I thought I would. I love that I am committed to him and he is to me, and I am utterly convinced that we will be together until I die or he dies."
