Carey plans annual wedding ceremony

Mariah Carey has revealed that she plans to have a wedding every year.

The singer will hold a ceremony every 12 months to mark the anniversary of her marriage to Nick Cannon.

The couple only invited eight guests to their wedding last April and are now keen to commemorate their union with a more lavish celebration.

"When we got married I was getting loads of calls from people asking, 'Is it a rumour? Is it true?' People were a little shocked but they were all very happy for us," Carey told Hello.

"We'll definitely get them involved in another celebration. We've been talking about doing a bigger wedding on our first anniversary. And maybe another one every year."

Carey recently sparked rumours that she is pregnant during an interview with US TV host Ellen DeGeneres.
