The group will not pen a book about their career because it would be too hard to incorporate former members Siobhan Donaghy and Mutya Buena.
"With the history of us, a book wouldn't necessarily be the best thing," Keisha Buchanan told the Daily Star.
"I think a book should be very, very honest and I don't know the history of Girls Aloud.
"I couldn't sit there and write a book knowing that I couldn't tell the full truth."
Buchanan added that the girls would consider branching out into other areas that suit them better.
"One thing we would like to do is a makeup range. And Heidi would be brilliant at doing a handbag range and Amelle is obsessed with watches," she said.
Sugababes release new single 'No Can Do' on December 22.
