Jerry Springer: 'I have no talent'

Jerry Springer has admitted that he is shocked his showbiz career has taken off, because he doesn't think he has any talent.

The 64-year-old was a politician and a journalist before landing his own TV programme The Jerry Springer Show.

Springer told This Morning: "I have no talent. I really don't. No-one would have picked me to go into showbiz. I don't have any talent. I'm not an entertainer and yet I have made my living in this industry. It's a fluke."

Springer is guest hosting tonight's edition of satirical quiz show Have I Got News For You, which airs at 9pm on BBC One.
