Eva Mendes wants Morrissey naked

Movie star Eva Mendes has revealed that she would like to pose naked with Morrissey.

The actress, who is a huge fan of Morrissey's former band The Smiths, said she thinks the pair should get together for a People For The Ethical Treatment Of Animals (PETA) photoshoot to increase animal rights awareness.

"I really want to do a PETA ad with Morrissey. I'd be happy to do it naked if need be," she said.

"I've done a lot of work with them and I know Morrissey is a big supporter of PETA, so here's hoping!

"Whether Morrissey would want to get naked with me is another question. Maybe he could come up with something more creative than out-and-out nudity."

Morrissey, who is a well-known vegetarian, penned 1985 political album Meat Is Murder with The Smiths. The title track is a protest against the slaughter of animals for food.
