Culkin 'heartbroken' over sister's death

The manager of Macaulay Culkin has revealed that the Home Alone star's family is "absolutely devastated" by the death of his sister.

Dakota Culkin died after being struck by a car in Los Angeles last Tuesday.

"They're heartbroken. That I can tell you," Emily Gerson Saines told People. "They're just absolutely heartbroken."

Culkin, who had been filming a guest appearance on NBC series Kings, has announced that he will be taking a break from working to be with his family.

Culkin's brothers Kieran and Rory, both actors, will also be putting their current projects on hold.
