Gosling, McAdams 'still in love'

Ryan Gosling reportedly "still loves" ex-girlfriend Rachel McAdams, despite splitting from the actress last month.

The pair, who met on the set of 2004's The Notebook, called off their romance in November after apparently rekindling their previous three-year relationship in July.

However, a friend of the Oscar-nominated actor has claimed that Gosling is "still close" to McAdams and her family.

"He still loves Rachel and Rachel still loves him, but the timing is off and they can't make each other happy right now," the insider told People.

"Gosling is all about making music because he's putting out a record. He spends a lot of time recording."

McAdams is currently in London filming Guy Ritchie's Sherlock Holmes alongside Jude Law and Robert Downey Jr.
