Stump: 'West is voice of a generation'

Fall Out Boy frontman Patrick Stump has hailed Kanye West for being "the voice of a generation".

The 'I Don't Care' singer praised West for speaking his mind on latest single 'Love Lockdown'.

"It's a breakup song," he told People. "But it's talking about how unfair he was being to his ex. He probably is the voice of this decade, the voice of a generation."

Earlier this week, Fall Out Boy were forced to play an impromptu gig without their instruments after failing to acquire the necessary permit.
